ChordGhost offers a monthly subscription at $9.99 per month for unlimited MIDI generations and DAW exports. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for your subscription.
You may cancel your ChordGhost subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, meaning you will retain full access to all paid features until that date. You can cancel directly within your account settings or by contacting us at support@chordghost.com.
No further charges will be made after your cancellation takes effect. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Because ChordGhost provides immediate access to unlimited MIDI generation and export upon payment, and because you retain 100% ownership of all MIDI content you generate, we do not offer refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of that cycle, but the fee for the current cycle will not be refunded.
If you believe you were charged in error, or if an unauthorized charge appears on your account, please contact us at support@chordghost.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where a billing error is confirmed, issue a refund for the erroneous charge.
If you accidentally subscribe to ChordGhost more than once and are being charged for duplicate accounts, please contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge(s) once verified.
Even after cancellation or non-renewal, you retain 100% of the copyrights to any MIDI files you generated while your subscription was active. Canceling or being refunded does not affect your ownership of previously generated content.
To request a review of a charge, email support@chordghost.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated revision date. Continued use of ChordGhost after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
